Change from connection with plastic 16 inches (guess) easy job but requires a very high ladder to reach roof on second story . Will pay extra for the sbend materials that you will need to source . I am not aware of the elbow degrees This is not the whole down pipe in s bends circa 100cms and the ends

Underside of roof overhang (soffit) needs bit of TLC and painting I have the paints but not a ladder big enough, might outsource this one. Dimensions of area to be painted are: 12.5m long . 0.8m overhang.. 28beams It is 12.5m high (single story)

A requirement of a structural engineer is to have an image of a timberbeam which supports a hanging beam in the roof space. Take an image of it and possibly a couple more in the roof space to be advised. I attach an image of the manhole entry. You will need a ladder and the capcity to capture a clear image.The timber beam is approximately 5.5metres from the manhole.
