I need someone, like a roofer or a plumber with a ladder, to fix one of the gutters on my partner's house. As you can see from the attached photo the spouting is twisted off. The gutter is leaking, because the water is going over the side as opposed to there being a hole in the spouting.

Got a curtain rail, 280cm that needs to be shorten by roughly 15cm and then screwed up in the roof. Got brackets. The last photo is how our other curtain rods are set up, we want it the same way.

Hang a 3m x 3m shade sail on our balcony. We already have a suitable timber frame to attach the sail to. 2. Install 3 small floating shelves, 4 pictures, 1 mirror, 1 coat hooks. Some of the walls are brick, so you’ll need a hammer drill for the job. Shelves and coat hooks need 2 holes each, others just 1. 3.
