A requirement of a structural engineer is to have an image of a timberbeam which supports a hanging beam in the roof space. Take an image of it and possibly a couple more in the roof space to be advised. I attach an image of the manhole entry. You will need a ladder and the capcity to capture a clear image.The timber beam is approximately 5.5metres from the manhole.

I need someone, like a roofer or a plumber with a ladder, to fix one of the gutters on my partner's house. As you can see from the attached photo the spouting is twisted off. The gutter is leaking, because the water is going over the side as opposed to there being a hole in the spouting.

Got a curtain rail, 280cm that needs to be shorten by roughly 15cm and then screwed up in the roof. Got brackets. The last photo is how our other curtain rods are set up, we want it the same way.
