Looking for someone that can assist with the labour for the install of some Bondor roofing panels, probably a day or two of work, in the next few months for a renovation project. Ideally someone that has some experience with Bondor but if not roofing experience a must.

Alfresco ceiling has a small damp area. It is hard to see exactly what the issue is but it looks like it could be a ridge capping problem or possibly a tile. Single story. I have spares if needed.

Need help clean the gutter in bassendean area WA, it's on small unit roof

The ridge capping which was pointed using flexible mortar has no weeper holes in the mortar. Weeper holes are needed in Monier tiles as their ridge capping had a tendency to absorb water. Monier tiles was a local company which is no longer in existence. Where the ridge meets the tiles there should be a small drain hole called a weeper hole. When this hole is not present water can build up behind the ridge and slight ingress is experienced. The ridge will have to be removed and weeper holes inserted to allow draining to occur. An alternate solution would be to drill holes in the mortar and these could act as weeper holes and this would allow water to drain. Also there is a small drip still entering the roof, if the weep holes doesn’t fix this, this would be need to identified and fixed please.

We have the R4-0 batts available. We just need someone to come up into the ceiling and install the batts for us
