My roof/ chimney leaked during the storm the other night which resulted in water flowing down my wall and chimney. The roof is tile with a brick chimney, 1960s house. Ceiling is now sagging.

My patio downpipe is flooding my patio area as there is no drainage. I require something to be installed to fix this.
