Looking for an experienced carpenter, shed builder or installer to fit insulated PIR/EPS wall and roof panels into my existing 12m x 6m Colorbond shed in Forrestfield. I'll be supplying all of the insulated panels, trims and fixings. The job includes: - Installing insulated wall panels. - Installing insulated roof panels. - Cutting around existing windows and power points where required. - Installing trims for a clean finish. Experience with insulated panel systems or Colorbond sheds is preferred. Please let me know your experience and whether you'd be happy for me to supply all materials.

Job Description: Looking for a skilled roofer/handyman to make our tiled roof temporarily watertight until a full Colorbond replacement. We have an evaporative AC unit on the roof that needs to be removed safely. Scope of Work: Safely remove the evaporative AC unit and disconnect water and power supply. Cap/seal the dropper pipe so no water can enter. Identify and repair any active leaks, including: Tiles that are cracked, broken, or slipped above visible gaps Small gaps or penetrations around vents, pipes, or roof joints Apply roof-grade sealant / Wakaflex where necessary to prevent water ingress. Job is strictly for watertight protection — no full roof re-pointing, cleaning, moss removal, or cosmetic work required. Requirements: Experience with tiled roof work Own tools and safety equipment Comfortable working at height Expected Duration: 1 day

Single story 4 bed house gutters to be cleaned

A piece of the capping has come off roof tile of house. Water got in and collapsed the sheet of the ceiling in carport under eves. I want all repaired. In will post pics soon
