Hi, we’ve had water leaking through our ceiling through the winter months, which I suspect is from broken and/or misplaced roof tiles. From what I can tell, the previous owner has run some sealer over certain areas as a bandaid but hoping to have this fixed properly. It’s just on one corner of my house. Hi My house in Manning, WA currently has no ceiling insulation at all, only roof insulation. The ceiling area over the living areas of the property is approximately 240m2. My joists are 90mm deep, so I would like a quote for installing Knauf Earthwool R 2.0 (90mm thick wall insulation x 430mm wide) batts between the joists. I assume approximately 216m2 will be needed (90% of the 240m2 space). On top of this I would then like to install Knauf Earthwool R 4.0 (195mm thick x 580mm wide) batts over the entire 240m2 area, effectively creating an R 6.0 ceiling insulation. I can supply the material myself. My roof is tin construction.

Network cabinet is located on upper floor and is easily accessible (I can help pull cables through the existing hole while you feed the cables through in the roof space).
