I have a leaking gutter on 2nd story roof that holds water and has rust in the bottom of it. The gutter has been cleared and washed and was flowing, so it shouldnt be a blocked downpipe unless it is blocked underground. Need someone to investigate and advise repair options/costs. One hours work. Can pay extra pro-rata if time exceeds one hour.

We need a roof plumber to clean out gutters and install roof flashings to prevent water leaks. Notes: - Gutters are in very bad condition. Rusted out on back section and holding up to 40mm of water on front section. - Flat deck roof doesn’t have appropriate roof flashings installed to make this section of roof water tight. What needs to be done: 1. Replace rusted gutters 2. Install flashings to flat section of roof above the affected area to code 3. Ensure fall is adjusted and correct to code on gutters

There is a possum (or similar) in our roof - can see urine coming down from ceiling. Need someone to please come remove and find the gap it’s coming in and cover. We’re in a Queenslander - roof access is pretty easy.

The guttering leaks on several corners, at least one drop needs adding and associated downpipe to take the water away.

I have a pool pump enclosure that requires the roof sheeting installed, roof frame dimension is 1660 x 1260. I have the roof sheets and colour coated roofing screws. I will need the barges and fascia to be measured up and installed once roof sheets fixed to match the garage.

Roof maintenance. Need to flash vent pipe with decktite, vent cap to be removed and cowl installed. Need a qualified roofer for job. Please see photos which contain builders report.

I need a dog proof gate for back end and also one in the front under the existing gate where there is an opening. I want to make sure the price includes labour and material.
