This original roof ventilation ornament was removed a couple of years ago due to leaking. The roof apex was repaired with a ridge capping. I would love to restore, paint and reattach the ornament to the roof. It doesn’t need to have any actual ventilation function, just mounted at the top of the roof as an ornament. 1. To clean out existing gutter which is currently blocking downpipe and gutter and overflowing down rendered wall 2. To cut out sections of water damaged wall as per pic. 3. To replace rotten studs and supply and install new Gyprock and skirting boards. 4. To tape, set and sand ready for painting. 5. To repaint walls corner to corner to get best paint coverage. 6. I’ve got a sunroof that works but is having some minor issues , the fabric is detached possibly causing the issues

A while back, I had some roof leaking issues. To fix the leak, an original roof ornament (cupola) had to be removed so the roof could be capped. I would like to restore, paint and reattach the cupola as an ornament to the apex of the roof. I have included a photo of the cupola as well as a photo of the repaired roof (without cupola) and a photo of the roof where the cupola was before. Whirlybird has stopped spinning and when it does it makes a really loud noise. Need someone to come and sort it out. I don't have a ladder to get on the roof.

I need my under house retaining walls water proofing done from inside

My house is an old high-set Queenslander. We have put in netting to stop pigeons nesting on a window hood that is beneath a gable. At the peak of the gable, it needs trimming and installing two Colorbond trim strips to the barge roll. We have all the materials, but not the ladder to reach the highest part, about 6 metres above ground on a level site. A half-hour job for the person with the right ladder. - Due date: Flexible

Hi we have a leaking roof that has damaged the ceiling below it.

Hi, we are looking for an experienced builder / handyman to re-do the waterproofing on this wall (1.2m x 3.0m) as shown in the pics. The existing waterproofing has bubbled as shown and we’re preparing the house for sale. We can supply the paint.
