Solar panels were cleaned, isolater switch was turned off, we forgot to turn it back on. We require someone to switch it back on for us. Single story tin roof. Ladder required.

there is a slight crack in bathroom corner wall in heavy rain a year or so ago - it had a slow drop of water - but has not returned inspect interior and exterior tile/gutter for any issues and if just cosmetic - patch/plaster interior

As attched, I have checked the photo 2 years ago when they do the building inspection and compared with photo yesterday. Seem the pipe is not just disconnected but the bottom part sink into ground about 30cm, which indicates the connection to property drainage system is broken, only reconnect the downpipe doesn't really fix the problem, will need to cut a bit on concrete path to check connection underneath. please check the drainage condition and bring quotes for the repair.
