Our builder shot through and we need to finish our build via a 2nd builder. Our waterproofing is done but we don’t have a waterproofing certificate as the original waterproofer isn’t contactable. We need a certificate to obtain our certificate of occupancy. No work is needed just the certificate

We have our own paint and 3m high ladder provide (recommend if you have your own and higher). I need someone to do the painting 2-3 m long, 10cm width gutter. The grey area in the photo circled. Should take less than 30 mins

Leak in the roof. Its a metal type sheet roof on one of the smaller side of the house.

I need a quote on my roof which is currently leaking on two spots. It would need to be sealed and there are two skylights that have some rust. Metal roof.

Job is to install floor insulation across our house, approx 100sqm. Install is done from above as there is extremely low clearance underneath. Everything is up in the house. Work does not include bathroom area. You will need to work around a bunch of floorboards (example pictured), but they will be laid in tandem with your work so will get more out of your way as time goes on. Insulation and tooling is provided. Most of the insulation is polyester rolls that just need stapling directly to joists. Some (~15sqm) is batts and strapping that need to be installed. !Important: Job needs to be done in tandem with our floorer who is starting on morning of 27th, as our timelines have been completely chewed up. Polyester rolls are arriving on 27th but prior to their arrival, batts will need to be installed in order for floorer to lay. Being able to do this is a timely fashion is super important to us so that we don’t hold up the floorer, as well as being able to work as a team (with our floorer) and prioritise areas that he needs done. I believe this is a ~6-8hr job for one person or 3-4hr for two.

I have three gutters that need clearing & cleaning up. One is above our garage & two above balconies. The person will need to have their own ladder. I’m guessing about 2 hours of work. Preferably tomorrow or Friday this week.

A roofer is needed for 1hr of labour. We have a single storey brick house with tiled roof. I have installed a new ducted rangehood to be connected to the eave with semi rigid hose, however, it is too crowded at eave area. Task is to step on roof, remove few tiles and connect the semi rigid hose to a flexi hose (125mm), then bring the flexi to eave area (where there is already s grille installed). I will provide the ladder, flexi hose and connector, so only labour is required. Location: Noosaville
