The current window is a standard single sliding window (approx 2x1m). The black locking clasp has a piece that fell off (that I still have) but all in all it still works/slides. I’d like to fix that piece and make sure the glass is flush when it closes, as it currently sits a bit wonky (probably contributing to the noise leaks to my disgruntled neighbours). I’d also like to implement any other affordable sound proofing measures you can suggest would be effective such as brush / weather strips, acoustic sealant and foam seal etc. If you can offer me a good price for another proven method of sound proofing such as double glazing etc then I’m also open to that. I want to make my room as sound proof as possible without turning it into a recording studio. Any help pointing me in the right direction would truely be appreciated.

Hello! We are wanting someone to help install roof hung curtains in our living room. I borrowed a drill and tied myself but gave up as I don’t have a ladder or skills or experience. I have the custom made tracks assembled and ready to go but just need help from someone with a ladder and drill to install the tracks as I don’t want to mess it up. Can send more pics if needed.

I need someone to go around the house and clean outside of the gutters (not inside, as that has already been done). They need a good scrub to get the old dirt/grime off of them (I think a blue non-scratch chux scourer and microfibre cloth + soapy water would work best) but I am open to suggestions to get the best clean. I have already done the front left part of the home but ran out of time to keep going. I probably didn't do the best job there, so go over that part again please. I need gutters cleaned and this main gutter needs to be fixed. It is not level needs to be either pushed up or correctly levelled as it drips in front of the main door. Additionally there is also a hole in one of the gutters that needs to be fixed or patched.

The side of the roof has come off.Which was screwed with some nails , so just need to refix. Also , the gutter has come off from the garage site , which needs a fixation.
