Hello, I need to get my toilet taps checked and possibly replaced. There has been a problem with flushing the toilet upstairs ever since I moved in 4 months ago. In order to flush the toilet, I have to undo the tap and keep it undone for a few minutes which causes a leak. So, I think it needs to be replaced. The kitchen tap has become loose and it's coming off the hole. It needs to be tightened from underneath with special tools.

I'm experiencing a water leak in my flat and I need a plumber to take a look as soon as possible. The leak seems to be coming from behind or under the toilet tank, and water is dripping approximately once every second or even faster. When the toilet is flushed, a steady stream of water comes out during the time the tank is refilling. Once it's full, it goes back to individual drips.

The laundry tap setup. The hot water tap (on the right in the photo) is leaking from around the base of its handle/screw cap. Even when turned off tightly, a slow drip of water continues to come out. This suggests the internal washer or valve isn’t sealing completely. Additionally, water is seeping from the screw cap area, indicating that part of the tap assembly may need new sealing or tightening. Hot water tap handle area (needs replacement). The handle of the hot water tap is in poor condition (loose or broken), which is why it needs replacing. A new handle matching standard laundry taps should be supplied and fitted. Replacing the handle will ensure the tap can be turned on/off if needed in the future and will provide a better seal when turned off. A proper handle will also make it easier to operate the tap and ensure a tight shutoff once the internal issue is fixed. Task Requirements • Fix the Leak: Repair the tap assembly so that no water leaks out. This may involve replacing the internal washer/O-ring or fully capping the line to stop water flow. • New Tap Handle: Supply and install a new hot water tap handle (standard size) to replace the old one. I recently had someone change my kitchen sink from a single to a double. Unfortunately due to the holidays the job remains incomplete. The water is connected just the water waste pipes need to be cut and fit. No work on cabinets required only cutting and fitting of final bit of pipe. I believe I have all the fittings from the previous person. No cutting equipment though.
