2 small plumbing jobs at a house in Surfers Paradise 1. Move 45kg gas tank approx 1.5m from current position to the new position outside marked by the blue crowbar. The bottled gas supplies only the BBQ on the other side of the wall. I will supply and install a concrete plinth in the new position to stand the gas tank on. 2. Replace 6.3m of box gutter and replace the square down pipe with round pvc and at the other end install another outlet from the gutter into the existing rain head. Require fixed price for each job to supply and install all other materials. Materials including fixings and brackets must be copper, galvanized or stainless steel.

The bathtub is blocked because the tap that should stop or release water is stuck.

Current toilet works fine however we are looking to update to something modern on a budget. The current toilet has a pipe in the side wall which we would prefer being into the back wall or ground, see attached photos.

Just updated our sink to having to drains, we need a plumber to update the plumbing for it.

What was a simple replacement of flush valve became more difficult when discovered pipe between cistern and bowl needed replacing. I have the new pipe just need cut to size and everything re assembled. Cutting pipe correct length is what I’m not confident on. All parts supplied and happy to pay cost of anything else needed.
