Locations to inspect: Kitchen (under sink) Bathroom (vanity + toilet) Laundry (washing machine taps and/or sink) Visually inspect all flexi hoses Advise whether they are in safe working condition or require replacement and to provide a written confirmation/report of findings for my records This task is for inspection only. Experience with plumbing required. Tap needs to be removed, silver plug needs to cover the hole and multiple cartridge filter needs to be taken out from under sink.

Need certified plumber to connect hot water system. Connections all already there. Floor is currently being prepared. Need it done by Monday morning ideally (Feb 23)

Fit a new mixer tap. Fix plumbing to under sink to suit.
