There is an external burst water pipe outside our home located in South Perth that is pouring water out and requires repairing please. There is a couple of photos of what it looks like. Some paving brickwork will need to be lifted to access the burst pipe.

Task on hold, as someone has kindly advised me of the solution which I'm looking into. Both our toilets have marks\stains on around waterline and below which won't come off with the products we've tried so far - bleach, glitz, clr, and some vinegar mixture. Looking for someone who is familiar with this issue and knows how to remove it, so it's nice and white again. 2 toilets, similar issues.
