Laundry taps are dripping when they are one, I’m assuming they need to be replaced

Single shower base is leaking to ceiling downstairs. I need the caulking that’s affected removed and replaced plus the perimeter of the base. The base is single torbex piece (no floor tiling).

Replace toilet inlet valve, I have a inlet valve here, tap may need replacement as well as tube/flexihose

I have a new LG fridge. I need dispenser start up. Connect water supply line . Turn on faucet or Saddle valve and air purge . The fridge is not next to the sink , some cupboards and cabinets in between.

Flush tank water is leaking into the bowl; so guess the washer is not falling all the way down to close after the flush. Also it (the yellow part) does not go all the way down.

Shower mixer leak or leak behind shower wall when use which is not been user over six months after moisture noticed on floor and door frame.

Leaking drain under laundry sink. I think one of the joining pieces the thread might be wrecked. Could you please also advise on slow draining kitchen sink.

1st job - remove cap on cold water tap so I can plug in washing machine (see photos) 2nd job - install 2 x IKEA towel rails in bathroom.

Got 4 tasks in total 1. Fix the tap that’s leaking from the base itself, can see water marks around the tap 2. Replace 2 old Caroma flush tanks and toilet seats with new ones. Can supply new ones on site. 3. Need to fix the Kinked the tap basin pipe. 4. Replace the temperory external pipes to solar water heater with new ones.

The washer of my tap in the backyard has gone and needs to be replaced and fixed. Currently its difficult to close the tap and water still seeps out. Please bring all the materials and tools required.

Need licensed plumber to replace 2x shower diverter, will need invoice as well.
