Laundry and shower tab leaking

The tap valve behind the tiles has a hair line crack and need to be replaced. You'll need to remove the tiles, replace the whole valve and then get new tiles to replace the ones removed. We might as well replace both valves so there is no problem in the future. I have spare tiles.
