I’m looking for a handyman to check and fix a toilet cistern issue where water keeps running from the tank into the toilet bowl. I’ve turned off the water at the wall tap to stop it for now. The job involves inspecting the cistern, fixing the cause of the overflow, replacing the toilet tank seal/washer, and making sure the toilet is working properly with no ongoing water flow. Parts can be supplied by the handyman if required.

Toilet is slow. Water is taking time to drain.

Would like the washing machine hot & cold taps relocated under the main basin taps. Free-standing sink and cabinet are going to be removed prior, so nothing will be in the way. The reason being, we are installing a bench top & don't want hoses running into the bench etc. Approx 1300mm from where they are now. We do NOT need concreting replaced, just relocation etc. I do understand that a few visits may be necessary to cap off, fit new taps. Thanks for considering my job.

Plumber is needed! Kitchen sink works well, but water mostly comes out from ground outlet at backyard. Tried to apply different chemicals to unblock the drain pipe, but didn't work. Bathroom, toilet and Landry drains no blockage.
