The kitchen tap has come lose and I see water seeping under it.

There’s water keep leaking in toilet from toilet tub continue after the water flush tub full. I think the flush system need to change inside the tub

Need to replace the toilet flush valve. The picture is as below. It is Raymour brand . Picture attached

Tap is leaking but if pressure is put on hot tap .. the leaking stops. Need to stop leaking.

remove the existing commode and replace it with a new one

Toilet blocked. If can be unblocked thanks maybe inside.

Plumber needed to: - connect up drainage for vanity - seal around basin drainage - IKEA parts provided with vanity, but not long enough to reach existing drainage outlet in wall. - hang vanity - fit tap - we’ve done all the prep, just need you to complete the technical stuff please. Bath room leaking tab need to change washer n shower washers

Plumbing connecting laboratory section to plumbing system; for denture fabrication and potentially to have a hose water connection in garage section connected to lab items.

Plumber needed to: - remove 1 x bathroom vanity (standing) - install new vanity of same size - connect new tap and seal around basin - replace 2 x taps in another bathroom (all three taps are a few cm too short to get your hands under, and it's been driving us crazy for 8 years!) - remove mouldy silicone on 2 x shower - Due date: Flexible

Fitting and connecting a pump to the water tank, its an existing system just needs some bends to connect, probably half an hour job, happy to pay , has to be done today, thanks
