Hi, I want to get an under sink water filter installed in my kitchen.

Shower does not have hot water and only cold. Other water outlets have both hot and cold including the basin and bath tub in the same bathroom. Believe the shower mixer or mixer cartridge needs replacing. Happy to discuss cost of materials (cartridge or mixer) separately.

Just moved into new office / we think one of those toilet bowl refresher gels has blocked the toilet. The water is draining slowly so should be a quick job with a basic plunger or drain tool. Located on ground floor . Bring your own tools

Attach shower head to existing rain shower with diverter

I need someone to remove my existing showerhead and install a new one that I have purchased. I don't have the proper tools to do this so you must have your own tools to bring. No plumbing alterations required. I believe it's as simple as unscrewing the old showerhead and replacing with the new one. Should take around 10-15 minutes to complete. Prefer the work to be done either on a weekend, Tuesday, Friday, or weeknight. Flexible on time/day. Open to fair offers.
