I have a leaking bathroom mixer tap that needs repairing. I’ve removed the handle and cover and attempted to access the cartridge, but the bonnet is very tight and I don’t want to damage it further. Looking for someone experienced with tap repairs to: • Remove the bonnet safely • Replace the cartridge or washer (happy to supply part if confirmed) • Reassemble and test for leaks Access is easy, job should be straightforward for someone with the right tools. Flexible on timing.

Some leaks in the toilet and kitchen when it rains

My fridge always has water accumulating on the bottom (insode the fridge) and is giving foul smell like mould. Have adjusted the temperature without any success for the water accumulation.
