I need a good plumber to connect sewage and water pipes from the main residence to the granny flat at the end of April to beginning of May. The granny flat blueprint with connections and drainage piping scheme for the property are attached. I also attach a photo of where the granny flat will be located on the property (it is not there, yet). Please provide me the details of how long this will take and your quote.

Quote please… The drain from the washing machine to outside is blocked, backed up into my washing machine so need drain cleaned out, I can’t reach anything blocking the drain with my arm at full reach. Do not think any pipes are broken Second drain from the kitchen to the outside was blocked and backing up into my dishwasher however I have managed to clear that over the last few days for the water to run and not clog backup but would like the pressure hose to clean out this one properly as well while here, I will purchase the new fittings for the second drain for you to fit.

The water flush in toilet is leaking

Someone (unknown) has driven/reversed on to the water meter located at the front of my residential unit. The pipes connecting to the actual meter appear to have been bent over but that doesn’t seem to have caused any issues, so may be able to be left as is. Would like this inspected and can further discuss what if anything, is required. The jolt however, has caused a drip/leak which seems to be coming from where the pipe joins into the actual meter. I need to have this fixed (by a licensed and registered plumber only). Easy access.

We have a evaporative cooler that is no longer functional we need someone to just disconnect it and isolate it so that it no longer works or leaks. We dont need it to be removed

The toilet makes a lot of noise during a refill after flush hence need to change the refill tube completely . I have two toilets and this needs to done on both . I have already purchased the inlet valve for both as per the photos. Thanks for viewing
