Hi, I live in an old apartment in Kensington. The kitchen tap is leaking. I believe it needs the washers replaced. Looking for someone with plumbing experience to fix the taps so they don't leak. It's not a mixer tap. The hot and cold handles are separate.

Washing machine and dishwashing installation required. Cold water connection will need to be split in 2 for both.

Need the seal repaired between the bowl and cistern as it’s leaking

I have two tap bonnets stuck and need someone with the right tools to loosen so I can fix the leak.

The laundry trough tap is leaking water, I believe the washers need replacing.
