Toilet blocked need to fix

I have bought this new Hisense 7.5kg washing machine. Tried to remove the transit bolts but they are really tight. So, I now need a person with correct tools to remove those transit bolts and set it up by connecting the hoses.

Toilet emptying very slow and filling up quite high. Used a plunger a few times but not fixing the problem.

I have two toilets and currently own one bidet spray that was installed in my previous home. Since we have moved to a new property, I require assistance installing the existing bidet spray as well as an additional one. Could you please advise whether you will be able to provide a bidet spray, or if I should purchase one in advance? Additionally, is it possible to reuse and reinstall the existing (previously used) bidet spray, or would you recommend purchasing two new units if I am arranging them myself? Please note I’d like to have bidet spray that supports toilet seat water and water that goes through bidet spray as shown in picture.

I’m looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and fix a water leak coming from a water pipe joint inside the ceiling. Water is dripping through the ceiling due to a leaking pipe joint.
