I’m looking for a qualified plumber to replace a bathroom Caroma basin and tapset. I’ll cover the cost of the new Caroma basin and tapset (or mixer) separately — I’d just ask that you assist with the purchase and provide a receipt.

I need someone to come and replace my old toilet seat with a new one. The nuts and bolts are rusted, hence I could not change it myself.

I need the toilet base resealed. Right now, dirty water is leaking out from the edges of the toilet where it meets the floor. The old silicone/caulk around the base is cracked, stained, and not sealing properly. The job is to remove all the old sealant, clean the area, and apply fresh waterproof silicone to properly seal the base of the toilet to the tiled floor.

Hi, we would like to move our Gas Water Heater to another location at our house. Currently its fitted in the backyard but we want to move it to sideyard, behind kitchen wall. Would need to reconnect Gas and plumbing pipes and close the existing ones. RED highlighted area in photo new location where it needs to be moved.
