My laundry currently does not have a visible dedicated washing machine tap and drainage outlet. The plumbing may already be pre-installed but hidden behind cabinetry or wall panels. I need a licensed plumber to: • Inspect and locate existing water supply and waste pipe • Advise on feasibility • Install tap and outlet if straightforward

There is a sewer smell coming from the toilet in the master ensuite bathroom of a house. The toilet is used frequently. The smell appears to be coming from the base of the toilet, and I strongly suspect the wax ring / toilet seal has failed. Scope of work required: • Remove the toilet • Replace the wax ring / toilet seal • Check the toilet flange condition and height • Reinstall the toilet properly, level and secure • Seal the base with silicone (leave small gap at the back if required) Important notes: • This is a repair job, not replacing the toilet • Looking for a licensed plumber with experience • Please include labour cost and whether basic materials are included in your quote

Miscellaneous bathroom plumbing job: 1) Replace existing leaky shower head / rail and taps with new dual shower head and taps. Would also need to patch up the old holes 2) Change hot and cold water inlets in sink basin tap - the piping was installed into the tap the wrong way around (ie the “H” and C” are wrong way around)

Simple and easy task I don't have the appropriate tool to fix it my self . 1- replacing basin tap mixer ( I have the tap mixer ) 2- tighten the bolt of another basin tap mixer underneath of the basin ( the tap mixer already been installed) just need to be tighten 3-by 2 a toilet tank overfilling very slowly may be the fill valve is faulty or the float isn't set right or the flapper leaks, sending water down the overflow tube endlessly might need simple adjustment of float down or replacement the fill valve/flapper Please see the pictures

I need someone who can help me install my dishwasher. There is a circular way for the dishwasher cables to go through. But it’s not big enough for the cable to go through. I need someone help me to make the way a little bigger possibly then the dishwasher can be installed.

I need the toilet base resealed. Right now, dirty water is leaking out from the edges of the toilet where it meets the floor. The old silicone/caulk around the base is cracked, stained, and not sealing properly. The job is to remove all the old sealant, clean the area, and apply fresh waterproof silicone to properly seal the base of the toilet to the tiled floor.
