Water leaking/back flow into wall cavity

Ensuite shower drain is blocked. Recently did a renovation so I think it could be some building matter

Tighten and set kitchen sink tap

Plumber to install an outdoor sink so that we can i stall a washing machine. Water connection, drainage and waste already there.

Hot water suddenly stopped this morning. Not sure why. Electricity working everywhere else in the house

Toilet is clogged and the water level rises to the brim before eventually going down.

After flushing there is a noise for hours with the tank filling up Has a geberit type valve Tried cleaning the valve and washer, also, adjusting it but no luck, need an expert Also tried adjusting the pressure level on the tap Driving me crazy as its an ensuite

Freestanding dishwasher install. Water inlet needs additional tee fitting - so the water inlet can service dishwasher, tap and water filter. Waste water outlet available on drain pipe but needs drilling. Cut out holes for pipes needed in two cabinets.
