I want a similar full-size replacement, not one of the tiny water-miser models that feel like a compromise. Scope includes removal of the old unit, installation of the new one, and taking the old unit away. One constraint up front. I do not pay call-out fees for quotes, even if credited later. There is a leak on the copper pipe connected to my solar hot water system. Water is spraying from the side of the copper pipe near a bend (looks like a split/pinhole), not just dripping from a relief/drain line. Adjustable spanner or shifting spanner 3. Flat screwdriver or needle-nose pliers (to remove old washer) 4. (Optional) Tap lubricant or silicone grease 5. (Optional) Tap reseating tool – only if the brass seat inside the tap body looks rough or pitted. ⸻ 🔧 How to fix it: 1. Turn off the water (main stop tap or isolation valves under the sink). 2. Open the leaking tap to release any pressure. 3. On the bottom of that spindle is a small black washer held on with a screw or clip — that’s the jumper washer. 6. Remove and replace it with your new 12 mm washer. 7. Check the tap seat inside the wall fitting — if it’s rough, use a reseating tool to smooth it out. 8. Apply a dab of grease to the threads, reassemble, and tighten snugly. 9. Turn the water back on and test — the drip should be gone.

It appears that the pipe inside the wall is leaking which caused the damage to the floor

Looking for a plumber to do the following: 1. Fix loose kitchen tap attached to bench top (see image) 2. Fix loose bathroom tap attached to bench top (just like above) 3. Make the water pressure stronger in the whole house. It's too weak, especially the kitchen. Can barely wash dishes.
