The tap is detached. It seems a screw is missing.

Connect Fisher & Paykel fridge water line and dryer drainage. Lift dryer onto washing machine to stack. Fridge: Holes will need to be drilled into a couple panels. Water line extension required. Photos of water point to be reviewed for connection. Dryer: Refer to sink photos for connection.

I need to uninstall my old toilet seat and install new one

Our bathroom shower is leaking. There are two shower heads attachments to the unit- 1 large fixed shower head and 1 hand held shower. Both are broken and need to be replaced.

My hot water take was under a kitchen bench, I got the kitchen removed so now I need a cabinet to be installed around the hot water tank to box it in and cover it up for a clean look. The size is 90cm wide x 62.5cm depth x 89cm tall.

I need someone to help me remove the current shower head, which I am unable to take off by myself. The task involves removing a 3-in-1 shower head purchased from Bunnings, The brand is Estilo. I am having trouble taking it down. (Can't detach the bottom part) Must bring any necessary tools (like a pipe wrench), I only have an adjustable wrench and it didn't seem to work. Looking for a licensed plumber to assess why hot water takes about 1-2 mins to come out of all taps in house and fix. Also to take a look at a slightly bent floor standing tap to see if there are any leaks (and fix if required). Bonus if plumber also knows Ducted AC - 2 external units on roof make loud pumping and gargling noises when in heating mode - looking for assessment and fix.

There's no hot water in the house. We have make sure there's no problem with the hot water main switch in the apartment so it is most definitely the boiler tank issues.

Noticed water leaking from the bathroom/shower into the corridor just outside the bathroom entrance. There seems to be a couple of cracked tiles in the bathroom which may be causing this but not 100% sure. See photos for details - Due date: Flexible

Need my laundry's got water tap properly sealed/capped and turned on by qualified plumber!!!! Previous tenant didn't seal/cap it properly which almost caused a flood when I tried turning the hot water on You will need to supply all tools / fresh sealing tape.
