I have a kitchen tap leaking and want to get it fixed

I bought a new washing matching that needs connecting to the sink pipe. The apartment is new and I need someone to drill the pipe for connecting the washer.

Just the mixer needs to be replaced. No additional work. Mixer is free issue.

Both my toilets are dripping water back into the bowel, and the Bunnings man said they need their inlet valves replacing. I have bought the valves. Also, I need to replace my outdoor tap with a new one with a thread.

We are getting a new kitchen. Currently individual hot and cold water taps are on the wall perpendictular to bench. They need to be moved to under the bench. (When the new kitchen is installed they will then need to be connected to new tap which comes from under the bench).
