The handyman has left me with a terrible job as he didn’t replace the damaged rubber o-ring, which is a critical part to prevent shower water from getting into the mixer and wall. Now each time when we take a shower, the water just get into the mixer and get trapped behind the cover plate, and some even enter the wall! I visited Reece trying to match the rubber o-ring, but was told that they don’t have it and advised me to contact the mixer supplier. But the mixer is too old to identify its brand! I need somebody whoever has experience to resolve this issue for me - find the replacement o-ring or caulking? - Due date: Flexible
