Hi, I am a senior resident living in Blackburn. I need help replacing my kitchen tap. . I have already purchased the new tap. .The space under the sink is very narrow and it's hard to see the bolts/nuts, so you will need the proper tools(like a basin wrench) .I am looking for a kind and reliable handyman or plumber to help me with this. Need a plumber to install a new toilet seat in laundary. P-trap arrangent. I will pay for the toilet seat, so just quote for the labour. The toilet needs to go on the wall which the WM through backs onto. There is another toilet backing on to the wall about 6m away from where this proposed one is expected to go.

My Hot Water (Gas) is not working because I havent used it for 6 months.

I suspect there’s a hidden leak or fault in the hot water line connected to my solar hot water system. Here’s what’s been happening: Water meter behavior: Every night after taking a shower, the water meter spins very fast — even when all taps and appliances are turned off. When I close the hot water isolation valve, the meter stops immediately. Buzzing / humming sound: When the hot water valve is open, there’s often a buzzing or humming noise from the system. This used to happen daily. After I unplugged one of the two power plugs connected to the solar hot water unit, the sound became less frequent. High water usage: My latest Yarra Valley Water bill shows usage equivalent to about 8 people, which is much higher than normal. Dripping noise: In the main bedroom (upper floor), I often hear a continuous dripping sound, especially after rain, which can last for hours. It seems to come from inside the wall or ceiling cavity. New recent symptoms: When turning on hot water, the solar hot water unit now makes a very loud rattling or clanking sound. During showers, hot water sometimes suddenly turns cold, and I need to turn the temperature control to maximum before it becomes hot again. --- What I need: 1. Leak detection to confirm and locate any leaks in the hot water pipe or related solar system components. 2. A written report (including test results or photos if possible) to support a water bill adjustment request with Yarra Valley

Unit is installed . Just need to connect the big unit with the small unit to get the hot water going. See attached picture. I believe there are 6mm 10mm pipes that need to be connected

The Hideaway in-wall water tank is leaking water. Water dripping is audible. Potentially the inlet valve needs to be replaced with original Hideaway parts, or the whole inlet valve and flushing mechanism need to be replaced. Budget includes parts and labour.
