I need a plumber to permanently cap off bath hot and cold water. Also change drain from bath to a suitable drain size for a shower, floor will be removed for access

Seal on dishwasher leaking

Gas cooker doesn’t work properly, taps fall off and leak and also hot water doesn’t heat up properly. Also washing machine won’t work.

Hi there, I’m looking for a licensed plumber to help unblock a drain at my property. We’ve been experiencing an issue where the kitchen drain becomes blocked whenever we use water, and it takes a long time to drain (see attached photos). I would appreciate a professional with experience and the necessary equipment to assess and resolve the problem between 9am and 2pm. PS We have already used drain chemicals a few times to unblock and a plunger within a success. Thank you!

Here is house wheee the separate laundry room is leaking, I think the roof is broken or the gutter is blocked. Anyhow I need someone to find out the reason and fix it

The tap in my bathroom is too small and I need it replacing with the larger one I have bought.

We have an outdoor tap (pictured) which is in-line with main water feed to the home. Want that tap removed and the junction replaced as it leaks. Then install a new tap coming off to the side of the water line on this wall (last picture).

We’ve just gotten back from an overseas trip and noticed that when we turn our kitchen tap on, some black water is slowly leaking out (from inside the faucet itself, not flowing out of the tap). Would like to get this checked out and fixed.
