I’ve had a small section of internal wall put up (approx 2.5 x 2.7m). Now just need it all plastered/skimmed and neatly finished so I can paint it. Previous home owner did not use Primer on the ceiling in one bedroom: 2.5 x 2.9. I have applied undercoat and top coat to the ceiling and certain parts of the ceiling started flaking. Ceiling to be scraped back. To be applied: sealer binder, undercoat and topcoat.
