I am selling my home and need some key parts of the house painted with a single layer for inspection. In total, the job will probably only be the equivalent of a few walls.

Need refresh painting kitchen/living room passage & stairwell.

Patching of holes in wall and from nails

Regrout in 2 bathrooms and strip paint from tiles

Need paint stripped off bathroom tiles in 2 bathrooms and regrouted

I am looking for someone to paint a small pannelled wall in a shop. It is currently stained pine plywood and I need it painted white. It will need an undercoat and then 2 tops coats. It will need to be done in the afternoon (2-6pm) ideally on a Monday and Wednesday. I would like someone to sand and paint the undercoat on the Monday, wait to dry and paint the first top coat. And then on the Wednesday, paint to second top coat. The wall measures 2500mm x 1300mm so it is not very big. All paint supplied obviously.

Helping me paint two walls white. You must have experience painting, good eye for detail, clean and tidy. If you look at the photo, I would like to paint only the top half white, and leave the blue and green squiggles. You must be able to do this part if you are applying. Thank you
