Ceiling patch repairs, it has been patched but the finish not good

Install new Eaves on 3 sides of the house and paint new Eaves. I can supply new eaves board, material and paint. I only require labour. See attached photos. Old Eaves already removed. If someone can do it this weekend that would be great.

The home has been vacant as the tenants have left and I need the house + doors to be painted (spray painted if applicable) before I move in.
