All walls, doors, ceilings and framework need painting as the first task initially, then kitchen cupboards and bathroom cupboards and floor tiles, possibly after. I did one coat in one bedroom. Paint provided.

We're attempting to remove an unknown smell/odour from a room that was recently renovated. The entire room will require a deep clean with different cleaning products including acid, sugar soap and other necessary products. -The wooden smooth edge, and any nails and glue will need to be completely removed with chisel and hammer and scraper, from the floor before you can clean it. (We don't need you to re-install it, but you'll need to dispose of it yourself) -An acid product will need to be used on the floor. (You'll need to create a barrier with towels or rags so the acid doesn't run under the walls.) -The sugar soap will need to be used on the wall, ceiling, fan and architrave. -You must supply all cleaning products and equipment. -NOTE: You do not need to scrape all the paint or plaster completely from the floor however the floor will need to be deep cleaned with an acidic cleaner. -NOTE: You must have done this type of work before. See pictures below.

Retake & set join in ensuite ceiling & repaint ceiling. Roughly 8 square metres (ceiling size)
