I am painting 2 x metal hand rails (side and back entry of our home) and need them sanded first. Both hand rails have surface rust and need a lot of elbow grease to get them smooth again. I sanded and painted our front porch hand rail which was the same condition and it come out great. I used sandpaper grit P60 which is really rough but it took all of the surface rust and flakey paint off. I sanded by hand because I don’t have any tools and also to get into the tight angles, but you’re welcome to approach it in any way you see best. Side hand rails - 2.7 metres long Back hand rail - 3.9 metres long Total 6.6 metres of hand rail to sand. Located in Bayswater North. Happy to pay $330 which is $50 a metre.

I require someone to caulk about 15 gaps around the exterior of my home and garage with a sealant. A few are long vertical ones that run up the wall. Others are small ones.

Need bulkhead / white color, around the kitchen side , front, cover the beam. Seal the edges. I can provide melamine boards , you provide the rest of materials

Wall was patched up a bit and repainted but not smooth / satisfactory. I have the wall paint, I need an experienced fixer to make it perfect.

Fix up only on the : 1. Damaged eaves (need about 2-3 boards) 2. Damaged fascia timber part (patch up) - not the whole timber of entire house but here and there (about half of the house fascia) 3. Window frames exterior that were damaged or needs fix up only It’s a one day to two days job - you bring everyone you need.

Wall damaged with oil needs to be sanded back and painted

Replace the wooden door which leads into garage and seal it with wall plastering including painting of the impacted area.

Boundary fence is tilted and needs to be repaired to make it straight. I am not looking for replacement but fixing this to make it straight. Also paint the interior wall facing home with paint matching the garage wall.
