Small bathroom, paint chipping off walls and ceiling, with some surface mould. Dodgy job done by landlord's contractors, so do not wish to go through them again. It looks as though they repainted over old cracks without sanding back, and used an unsuitable paint for an area where there is moisture. I need the current layer of paint sanded back. A layer or two of mould blocker primer applied, and then area repainted with appropriate paint. There is also a small hole in ceiling which needs repairing. Can provide primer and paint if needed. Hey there, I’ve got a ceiling that has had water damage (strata tells me it sorted) but I am currently removing the ceiling and then going to zinser the ceiling in stain blocker (feel free to quote this if easier to do in one job). I need an Airtasker to skim coat the ceiling ready for me to paint (or if easier you can include in quote to paint). *Or provide advice on another way. Strata promise the ceiling is fixed but with a flat roof, waterproofing will fail eventually and I prefer not to have to keep doing this..
