We have a shop at Eastland Shopping Centre. We are getting a drop out of internet at one point- Telstra needs to check if that port cable from back office to counter is not damaged. Their comment is as below: “We need cabling checked from ntu to the cisco router, coving ntu to patch point > internal patch point to patch point > patch point to cisco router. The Wi-Fi signal doesn’t reach the upper floors properly. The house appears to be smart-wired, with Ethernet/network ports throughout the house and in multiple rooms.
