Find a local network troubleshooter in VIC

I have NBN and a home data network plus wifi - I need a person to come in and make sure all of the connections work. everything is there but i am not sure what connects to what.... WiFi is weak and inconsistent but i have fibre to the house - i need to make better use of the Cat6 data cables throughout the house. see images

We have an opticom/uniti network (NBN) and as well as Optus 4g. Connecting directly is working, but when the network is plugged into the rack which supply network to access points etc it’s not working need this fixed

I moved into a new house and I am having continuous dropout of the internet and the house is prewired with cat5e or cat6 but no one took the time to number the ports and many of the ports don’t seem to have internet. I need an experienced IT guy with network and cabling experience to help me identify the dropout issue, make a fix, and label the ports. I have the labels. You would need network testing tools. Hi there, We have a simple Ubiquiti Mesh Network with a few WAP/Mesh points, i am away overseas and would normally do myself. We need a network technician experienced in Ubiquity / Synology NAS configuration. We have two sites connected via VPN that require two Synology NAS units to backup via a desktop app we have pre installed. We need to check they are on the same VPN then see if we can mount them to the same desktop before initialising the carbon copy cloner software to run backups daily. Network already exists and this project is close so you would not be starting from scratch. Would prefer to do in person in our office to avoid external login.
