I’m looking for a friendly, patient tech helper who speaks excellent English to come to my home in Bronte for a one-on-one lesson on Microsoft OneDrive. I need help with: • Understanding how Microsoft OneDrive works on my laptop • Managing and deleting photos safely (including from iPhone 13 and OneDrive cloud) • Making sure important photos are backed up • Freeing up storage on my iPhone 13 and in OneDrive • Making it simple for me to use going forward I’d prefer someone who has strong experience with Microsoft 365 / OneDrive and can explain things clearly, step-by-step. Please only offer if you’re comfortable teaching beginners and have very good spoken English.

Windows 11 laptop with Microsoft 365 subscription. 3 email accounts with MS Exchange hosted by Crazy Domain. All email account work with webmail, however have not been able to set up with desktop Outlook. Need Exchange accounts (email,calendars, contacts) synchronised with Outlook clien on laptop. Crazy Domain support can not duplicate the issue. Budget $100 to attend and $200 if successful.
