Hi there, I run a small business and need help setting up a work email account as a user profile on our laptop (Windows 11 Pro). The email address is managed via GoDaddy with Microsoft 365. Laptop is for new staff member. I’ve tried all the standard methods, including: Adding a new user with the work email Creating a local account and linking the work email under "Access work or school" No success — the account either doesn’t appear at login or won’t connect properly. I need someone to: Properly set up a new user on the laptop that can use this work email Ensure it shows up on the Windows login screen Make sure I (the admin/owner) retain full access and control of the laptop and the new user account. We are a small business located near Martin Place Station, Sydney CBD. We are seeking a reliable and professional IT support provider to assist with urgent setup for a new staff member. Needs onsite attendance and work. We currently have 5 laptops on Federated access to at least 4 of them using email addresses assigned to each staff member. There is one principal with administrator access and a locked down OneDrive folder with only administrator access. Everyone has an email address. All emails are via Outlook. There is a OneDrive and a SharePoint. There is a domain set up with VentraIP. Scope of Work: • Set up a brand new laptop (Windows OS) for one staff member. • Create and configure a Microsoft 365 user account, including Outlook email setup on an existing domain. • Set up secure login credentials, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) where possible. • Configure Federated Login (single sign-on) so the user can log into any compatible device. • Configure access to company SharePoint, mapped as a folder on the laptop for ease of access. • Configure OneDrive backup or another cloud backup solution for the device. • JoinComputer to Domain. • Migrate Old Cpanel Emails to Office365.
