Laptop is for new staff member. I’ve tried all the standard methods, including: Adding a new user with the work email Creating a local account and linking the work email under "Access work or school" No success — the account either doesn’t appear at login or won’t connect properly. I need someone to: Properly set up a new user on the laptop that can use this work email Ensure it shows up on the Windows login screen Make sure I (the admin/owner) retain full access and control of the laptop and the new user account. Needs onsite attendance and work. We currently have 5 laptops on Federated access to at least 4 of them using email addresses assigned to each staff member. There is one principal with administrator access and a locked down OneDrive folder with only administrator access. Everyone has an email address. All emails are via Outlook.
