I recently reinstalled Windows on my Dell laptop due to a virus, and I’m now using Windows 11. Since then, my headphones haven’t been connecting when plugged in. I’ve tested them on other devices, and they work fine, so the issue seems to be with the laptop. I’m not sure if this can be resolved online, but if it can, I’d be happy to proceed that way.

The latest windows update (beta) did something and Windows 11 is flashing on startup. I think user profile login issue. Wong take long as you’ll probably know a way around this, but might need a Windows 11 USB to reinstall if you have one. Andy
