Desktop won’t boot into windows. Sometimes Repairing loop. Sometimes just black screen. Needs a full re install of windows (have licences) and ensuring can correctly boot

My current PC is too small technically for win 11. I have to shop for a new pc first, than I will need the old pc removed and the new pc installed and win 11 booted and running. The current pc is rapidly running out of storage space so this is a job I need to complete over the next 2-3 weeks. Any advice or recommendations would be welcome. GW

Computer issues not rebooting

I have new laptop, and this one does not want to play nicely with my two extra monitors. I had it all working before with my old laptop (which was the same model). I'm not completely daft. I have tried the display settings for quite a while clicking what I can but I can't get it to work.

My computer (Gigabyte B450M H) says it will not be able to download Windows 11 and needs to be UEFI secure boot capable and and Trusted Platform Version 2 enabled. Currently doesn’t meet requirements but I don’t want to trade it in.
