IT expert to come to Gladesville on Tuesday to unlock Microsoft account so that all contractors are on Exchange and can use Microsoft Teams. Main Microsoft business account is locked and unable to access. Expert required with an ample knowledge and experience to resolve issue.

Windows 11 laptop with Microsoft 365 subscription. 3 email accounts with MS Exchange hosted by Crazy Domain. All email account work with webmail, however have not been able to set up with desktop Outlook. Need Exchange accounts (email,calendars, contacts) synchronised with Outlook clien on laptop. Crazy Domain support can not duplicate the issue. Budget $100 to attend and $200 if successful.

I have age of empires iv installed via Steam but it gets stuck on the aoe IV the first blue screen (not blue screen of death). It freezes on the blue screen for a couple of minutes and then exits on its own. No error messages. The specs of my computer are in the photos.
