I have 5 doorways that I need re-rendered prior to door jambs being fitted. 4x single width doorways and 1x double width doorway. Looking for a smooth rounded finish like in the photo with the green arrow Will have additional doorways that need work in the future after building works.

We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. From what I can tell: - The door seems slightly misaligned in the frame (may need planing/sanding or hinge adjustment) - The latch/strike plate may not be lining up properly - The handle itself might also need attention (happy to replace internal mechanism if required, but would like to keep the existing handles) Looking for someone who can: - Adjust hinges and/or sand the door if needed - Realign latch/strike plate - Replace internal latch mechanism if faulty (I can cover cost of parts if needed) NOTE: This functional fix only - it doesn’t need to be a perfect cosmetic finish. We would like the internal door handles and locking mechanisms replaced on seven internal doors. We will supply the new handles, which we have just bought from Bunnings. It looks to me like the current door handles are an older style with a smaller hole, so I think a wider hole will need to be cut out.

We have an internal bathroom door handle that has broken and needs fixing or replacing. The latch spring is too far out and the handles don’t move the latch in and out. Also: - tighten two other internal door handles (not broken but loose) - supply and install cover for wires below tv (old tv was a different size) - supply and install weather strip to front door.
