Please see the pics. First pic is the space I would like to install the doors. Measurement is 147 X 208 X 12 cm. Purpose is to reduce the sound and light to the Media room. Ideally solid core doors ar preferred. Second pic is the disign I liked and would like to install something similar Please quote for supply and install of solid core doors including the hardwares needed.

Hi, Looking for a handyman/carpenter to trim the bottom of an internal door by approx. 5–10mm to increase clearance. The issue is caused by aircon pressure (room becomes negative pressure when door is closed). The goal is to improve airflow. Scope: - Remove door - Trim bottom neatly - Reinstall and ensure smooth operation Note: If the initial trim does not resolve the issue (i.e. clearance still not enough), a second trim may be required. I am the Property Manager for this retirement village. I’m looking for someone to repair an internal laundry door where the top hinge has come loose from the frame. The door is currently misaligned and not closing properly. Photos are attached. We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. From what I can tell: - The door seems slightly misaligned in the frame (may need planing/sanding or hinge adjustment) - The latch/strike plate may not be lining up properly - The handle itself might also need attention (happy to replace internal mechanism if required, but would like to keep the existing handles) Looking for someone who can: - Adjust hinges and/or sand the door if needed - Realign latch/strike plate - Replace internal latch mechanism if faulty (I can cover cost of parts if needed) NOTE: This functional fix only - it doesn’t need to be a perfect cosmetic finish. We would like the internal door handles and locking mechanisms replaced on seven internal doors. We will supply the new handles, which we have just bought from Bunnings. It looks to me like the current door handles are an older style with a smaller hole, so I think a wider hole will need to be cut out.
