Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair or replace a damaged internal hollow-core bedroom door in my apartment in Lidcombe. The door has a hole/dent and may need to be replaced if it cannot be repaired. Ideally, I’d like the replacement door to match the existing panel design. I need to move an internal doorway from its current location to the other side of the room. The wall is internal brick and non-load-bearing. Scope of work: ● remove the existing metal door frame carefully; ● create a new door opening in the brick wall at the new location; ● reuse the existing metal frame if it can be removed without damage and fits the new opening; ● otherwise install a new standard metal door frame, which I can provide separately; ● close the old doorway with matching bricks which i can provide or reused from the new door opening ● make the new and old openings neat and straight, ready for plastering/painting; ● relocate or make good any affected floor trim/panels around the doorway. The finished result should look as though the doorway was originally in the new location. Ready for painting

Broken internal (bedroom) door, full replacement. The round handle is intact but locking mechanism needs replacement as well. Hinged privacy door, white to off-white. 2040(H)x810(W)x35(D). I can provide the door from a supplier nearby but you would need to cut the door handle hole and do the bevel for the hinges (supplier will only cut to size for me). Other option is you provide door with breakdown and agreement of costs before job will commence

Hi, I need someone to repair an internal door handle at my home in Strathfield, NSW. The lever handle has come off the door (see attached photos). The latch mechanism still appears to be installed, but the handle no longer stays attached. I’m looking for someone who can: * Inspect the door handle and determine the cause. * Reattach and secure the handle if possible. * Replace any missing screws or small parts if required. * If the handle is faulty and cannot be repaired, please let me know what replacement hardware is needed. Please bring basic tools (including Allen keys and screwdrivers). If replacement parts are required, I’m happy to reimburse the cost separately with prior approval. I have 4 internal doors I need to change the handles on. I have the new handles already. The door handle hole may need cut a little as the handles are marginally bigger than the original ones. Likewise the clasp on door frame is slightly different.

Fix internal existing door so it closes. Needs adjusting and shaving so it can close. Also needs insulation of a new lock.

Looking for someone experienced to repair scratches and damage on my internal door caused by my dog. The door has surface scratches, chipped paint and some deeper marks near the bottom hinge side. We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue.
