*Must be at / around 12pm Weds 16/9* Need someone experienced with roller blinds to repair two existing blinds. One has come completely down/off its mounting and needs to be securely rehung. The other has come loose/misaligned and needs to be repaired so it sits and rolls correctly again. Blinds themselves appear to be in good condition. Please bring tools and any common brackets/fixings/roller blind parts that may be required. Photos attached.

Bosch induction stovetop is showing a flashing P1 error on two of the hobs, which aren’t working. The other two hobs are working. Fridge has condensation issues. Icy, then wet. Might be the door seal.

Install two DC ceiling fans (with lights) replacing existing ceiling lights. Install double switch (replacing existing double switch with dimming functions).

Small job to instal 2 chandeliers into current light fittings. Will need some reworking I suspect, it’s in a granny flat so ceiling is low and easy to access.

Remove old shower screen, white with wire (97cm) and install new one (98cm) chrome and semi-frame. Need to supply silicone and screws. No need to remove old one, I can book council pick up.

Complete short term repair to wood lattice awning at height, reattach and replace a few slats, sand and oil. I have replacement slats sander etc. Expect a few hours work. Lattice is above awning so access needs to be from top of awning, I have large plywood sheets to work from.

we have had a leak repaired and now need the Gyprock sheeting repaired. It is around a window and need clean finishing of the gyprock against the glass. The gyprock needs aligning as the concrete does not line up so a beam needs to be added for the clean look as before. I will attach the original photos of when the place was built and how it should look finished. the length is approximately 7 meters long and 2 meters high and the window is 50cm high and 3 meters long Ideally we want this done before the end of the year and we are flexible with dates or working (you can come weekends as well)
