I am needing a large crack in a wall to be fixed and painted over. The crack is about 1 metre in length.

Install a new front door and door jamb. Original standard size door has side window panel and swapping for a 1200 wide door. Door and door jamb materials supplied.

There’s a hole in the wall the size of a 20 cent coin. Need it repaired.

Cornicing needing to be installed, Cornicing already supplied and cut just require someone in the field in assisting with placement to a plasterboard roof and a tiled wall.

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable builder who has worked with soundproofing before to help reduce noise in our Pilates studio. What needs to be done: - Fill and seal any gaps in the ceiling to prevent sound from travelling between spaces - Cover gap above window and fill with insulation batts - Install polyester acoustic blankets to 60m2 of the ceiling - potentially cover pipes to reduce sound further Optional/ but preferred: skills in painting as the ceiling and tops of the walls will need to be painted. (Flexi vents are longer attached to the ceiling). Electrical - removing old cords and installing new track lights. Budget can be discussed upon booking.

Looking for a cabinet maker for a quick cash job today. We are renovating our laundry and are needing someone to just cut out the section on our wooden bench top to install our laundry sink. We don’t have the correct saw to do it. Would ideally like to undermount the sink so will need cuts to be accurate and properly finished. Won’t need to connect waste or any tap fittings as it’s just the sink. VJ panelling and benchtop can still be removed if needed. Would like done today if possible.
