i am installing 26 metres of picture rail for a client of mine, i install this myself most days but for this job i am looking for a helping hand. Looking for someone with a good work ethic and who knows how to use a drill. pretty easy stuff to install once you get going. I am estimating 4 hours for the job. i pay $50 an hour for my guys

Fix small hole in wall damage from door handle

Need 2 air conditioners installed in 2 bedrooms. One is a replacement and one an install. Then a ceiling fan also in the bedroom that didn’t have the air conditioner installed.

Need wall and cornice repaired caused by water damage. Need door jam removed and replaced. Door trim replaced. All sanded and painted like new. Will supply necessary door trim and door jam.

Fujitsu Aircon clean and maintenance

I accidentally burnt 2 holes in this wooden ledge in the bathroom. I am looking for someone to either fix it somehow or replace it. I’ve taken the screws out and removed the silicone thinking it would come out however it’s not and I’m afraid I’ll crack the tiles or mirror as it’s wedged in there. It sits snug between a mirror and tiles (back splash) above the basin and the wooden ledge is a little ledge. I also tried sanding however it’s very deep and starting to warp the wood. Not letting me add images for some reason

About half a dozen tiles in the ridge capping seem to have gaps under them plus some lichen has grown between maybe another 10-20 which may allow water penetration. Also collected leaves under the solar system that would not blow out need removal- maybe with a hook or rate to start and loosen them then blow [in dry weather].House is one floor on a slab.

We would greatly appreciate help with our door, we can barely open it. The rollers in our glass sliding door are broken, and the screws to remove them are stripped. Tried removing screwswith an extractor but no joy. Need someone who has the right tools to temove screws, rollers and replace (im not sure which type they are as I can't access them).
