Looking for a handyman to remove and replace the silicon seal around the shower and above the bathroom vanity and along a windowsill in kitchen(see photos). If you can use a sealant removal tool and squeeze a caulking gun for then this job is for you. Also need some screws and 2 x rails (?) removed from outside patio area where I think there used to be a weather plastic screen. All that needs doing is about 10 screws removed that are a bit stripped. We have white roller blinds that need the blind section replacing or the whole thing 900 wide 2400 tall 1500 wide 2400 tall 4000 wide 1500 tall 1800 wide 1800 tall x 5 2400 wide 1800 tall x 2 900 wide 2100 tall. Plus a white curtain x 2 2550 high and 3000 wide 2550 high and 4000 wide that’s see through. Curtain tracks are already installed from previous home owner.

I’m looking to replace my existing functional toilet with an updated design. I don’t know the first thing about them, so wouldn’t know what measurements etc I’d need for new one and not keen on buying one and not having it fit/a lot of adjustments needed. Looking for someone to swing by at an agreed time, look at my current toilet model and tell me what size etc I need to purchase. I’d then be looking for that same person to install the new toilet at a later date after his been sourced. So the job is basically to give advice. Thanks!
