Need a handyman or carpenter to repair the top hinge on an internal painted timber door in New Farm, Brisbane.The hinge has pulled away from the jamb. Screws have stripped out of the wood and the timber around the hinge is cracked/chipped (photo attached). Door is currently not hanging properly.Please:Secure the hinge properly (longer screws into solid timber, dowel + glue repair of stripped holes, or equivalent lasting fix) Check alignment of the door so it closes and latches correctly Touch up paint if needed after the repair Happy for you to advise if the hinge itself also needs replacing.Flexible on timing. Grandson did a patchy job so needs a bit of preparation on some of it ie sanding back.

Have a roller blind custom made from DIY Blinds needing to be installed above the window/sliders. Measures just under 2.4m. Will need to supply appropriate anchors to support this length into plaster if what's included is not suitable.

Looking for an experienced handyman to install two indoor blinds in a 1970s brick unit. Times: I can only Sat 13 June anytime before 12 pm. Job Details: Drill and mount 1 x large Roman blind and 1 x small roller blind directly into a brick wall. Tools Needed: You must bring a hammer drill, masonry drill bits, wall plugs, and a small step ladder to clear the kitchen bench height. Supplied: I already have both blinds and their proprietary mounting brackets. If you have any extra brackets etc might be good as you never know what might be needed. Times: I can only do Sat 13 June anytime before 12 pm.

My shower door has broken. I need urgent assistance to remove the shower door frame and install a shower curtain rod. The mixer tap is also broken and falls off during use. It’s not as urgent but if it can all be fixed today that would be ideal.
