We have recently had decking and an outdoor shower installed in our courtyard (see images) but there is a minor drainage issue as water is leaking into our neighbour’s courtyard behind this (pictures attached of the other side of the deck/boundary fence). We need assistance fixing this to ensure drainage issue under the deck is addressed so that water is not leaking into the other side of the fence. It could be as simple as putting gravel, or putting in an ag pipe or a trench or some barrier under the deck/against the neighbour boundary fence. We have budgeted $500, but we need to arrange an inspection to assess and adjust as appropriate.
