1. We've got a bi-fold door in our 1 bedroom apartment that we're struggling to repair. There's 4 panels that don't slide / hang properly from the railings. Our past repairs have seen the doors to continue to fall out the rails. 2. There's a cupboard above our fridge that we've taken off. Needing to have the bottom cut by about 2-3cm so that the fridge can open as wella s the cupboard above.

I have replaced cabinet handles in my kitchen and cannot unscrew the final 2 handles. Screws are warped and have tried many things! 5 mins job for someone with the right equipment/elbow grease. I also cannot unscrew my ball and socket shower head to fit the new filter I bought. My side gate is very stiff with the lock jamming in the junction - sanding or paring away a little more space for the lock is required. Help with both appreciated.
