There are a suite of jobs - fix a table leg on a hardwood dining table that came off in during moving, fix a gate so it becomes dog proof, replace some bathroom mirror cabinetry, replace the toilet seat and lid, hang up some pictures, drill some holes and add holders for hanging pot plants, install some trellasing for some plants and add some door stops. Overall, there is a mix of jobs and ideally, the person can give me their hourly rate as quoting for each job is probably not overly practical. I've estimated around $1800 for a week of work at $45 an hour. I think I've got at least a week of work. I am happy to pay for the materials required myself if the person can purchase what is required.

Need paving repairs Supply and install

Install vents under house to prevent rodents etc accessing via weep holes. There are 15 sets of 4 weep holes. Each large vent will cover 2 holes. I have also purchased some single vents to cover the odd weep that has been partially used for a penetration for water or air conditioning - or otherwise where the large vent won’t suit. You’ll need to access under the house from the garage. It is most crawl space per photos and one tighter spot under a balcony. You’ll need to provide your own fixings but all vents supplied. You’ll also need to trim the half bricks used between holes in some cases so the vents fit flush (see photos). Note. Confirming vents must be installed under the house and not externally.
