The laundry has two wooden folding doors, each has 4 hinges. Looking for someone to reattach the existing hinges and supply replacement screws if required. The hinges are still in good condition, They just need to be secured correctly.

Child bumped a wall and there is damage to the gyprock.

I have 2 hoselink hoses that need mounting on a brick wall. I also need 3 privacy screens to be mounted onto the deck. All fixtures available for both jobs.

Remove existing timber front door and draught guard from frame, make good frame, and install new external timber front door as per below. I supply door and existing locks, you supply all other materials, tools etc.. Scope from you will include: 1. Pick up external door from Milperra, NSW 2. Ensure new timber door fits to existing frame; new door will need to be shaved horizontally and vertically (less than 60mm overall horizontally and vertically in line with manufacturer's specification) 3. Install hardware, including existing door lock and bolt and handle removed from old door (supplied by me). 4. Install door hinges (supplied by you) and ensuring door swings freely and shuts perfectly, ensuring no draught, air gaps etc. 5. Prime and paint internal and external sides of doors (paint supplied by you, will reimburse). Existing door/frame measures around 2000m x 785mm. My glass shower screen is not shutting flush and I think it is because of the hinges

Had some work done by couple of guys and a part of it needs to be redone. There is a aircon return that needed to be included as part of a new ceiling, they built a wooden box to accommodate it. But it’s been orientated the wrong way. Gyprock sheet needs to come down (likely replaced with new). Gyprock installed into a rondo system. You can see in one photo the highlighted screws that go into the existing framework, and in the other photo I’ve drawn in what should be the correct orientation. It can’t fit with cornice that’s going in. The box to be reoriented would be a simple move for a carpenter. Return doesn’t need to be installed now, just ready for later after painting. Only decent /experienced carpenters with gyprock experience reply please.

Our kitchen cabinet screw came of it is the bending cabinet that is attached from top and bottom need someone to drill the lock back in , might need screws to fix it

Bathroom ceiling can stopped. Need a ladder (I have one). Tied to bathroom light switch - light still works Laundry wall fan to exterior no longer works.

We have two recliner chairs and one of them has stopped working and is in recline mode. Need someone to work out and fix the issue.

Handyman or Chippie wanted to remove wall panels from foyer wall. Panels were screwed and liquid nailed in about 2 years ago. Need someone to remove the panels, stack them on the ground (as they may be reused elsehere if possible) and scrape any excess glue off the plywood walls underneath. Tall ladder on site so no need to bring your own. Wall measures 8 metres in height and I accept that the wall underneath may be damaged which is fine as it is going to be recladded with a new surface in the coming months. Requires 1 handyman for best part of a whole day therefore setting the job as a full day rate and if you get the job done sooner, then bonus to you, I’ll still pay the day rate regardless of whether you work 8 hours or 2. Flexible with date, but ideally before sunday. Thank you for considering this job.

Handyman / carpenter required to reaffix timber soffit. Access a bit tricky as really long ladder (>10m) required. No access from roof because covered in solar panels. No new materials except maybe a nail or 5

Seal and sound proof double brick air vent as pictured and paint if necessary. Paint will be supplied. Please propose a scope of works in your quote.

We need the current hardware removed and a new child-safe lock installed on our glass pool fence door

Please drill curtain rod so we can hang curtains in bedroom. Please bring a drill. We have one but it’s not cordless.
