I need an experienced handyman who can complete a list of small repair works around my warehouse home. Need experienced handyman please who takes pride in their work. The tasks are: - Pull up decking about 20 m2 - Tighten tops of 2 x tabletops - Install sheet of fibro to the front of a bath panel - Install aged timber to the front of a bath panel - Fix a number of cavity door locks that are not locking properly - Fix drawer on vanity - doesn’t close properly - Install fake grass into courtyard area (reuse from main courtyard) - Remove existing clothesline & wall hooks - Install new wall mounted clothesline - Fix plate cabinet - pocket door does not close properly. - Fix cabinet door under a bench seat that doesnt close flush - Re-install timber towel rails x 2 - Re-install toilet roll holder x 1 - Fix push / pull latch on a cabinet - Fix gate lock on the pool - doesn’t close automatically - Re-install ply cladding panels back to the wall x 3 panels that were removed to access electricals. Price is a day rate for an 8 hour day. Flexible with what days you do and they dont all need to be back to back but I need the works finished by Sunday 17th May ideally. I have a long vertical and horizontal crack where a brick wall meets plasterboard (junction between different materials). Standard patching won’t work — it needs a proper fix to allow for movement. Renovation is only 2 years old. Total length of “line” that needs to be fixed is approximately 12m. I presume I need a plasterer and then will get it repainted. Looking for suggestions but assume a shadow line or a control joint needs to be installed? Not looking for it to be filled and smoothed over obviously, want it to be done properly. No idea of price, guide here is just to list it

Remove existing timber front door and draught guard from frame, make good frame, and install new external timber front door as per below. I supply door and existing locks, you supply all other materials, tools etc.. Scope from you will include: 1. Pick up external door from Milperra, NSW 2. Ensure new timber door fits to existing frame; new door will need to be shaved horizontally and vertically (less than 60mm overall horizontally and vertically in line with manufacturer's specification) 3. Install hardware, including existing door lock and bolt and handle removed from old door (supplied by me). 4. Install door hinges (supplied by you) and ensuring door swings freely and shuts perfectly, ensuring no draught, air gaps etc. 5. Prime and paint internal and external sides of doors (paint supplied by you, will reimburse). Existing door/frame measures around 2000m x 785mm. Had some work done by couple of guys and a part of it needs to be redone. There is a aircon return that needed to be included as part of a new ceiling, they built a wooden box to accommodate it. But it’s been orientated the wrong way. Gyprock sheet needs to come down (likely replaced with new). Gyprock installed into a rondo system. You can see in one photo the highlighted screws that go into the existing framework, and in the other photo I’ve drawn in what should be the correct orientation. It can’t fit with cornice that’s going in. The box to be reoriented would be a simple move for a carpenter. Return doesn’t need to be installed now, just ready for later after painting. Only decent /experienced carpenters with gyprock experience reply please.

Our kitchen cabinet screw came of it is the bending cabinet that is attached from top and bottom need someone to drill the lock back in , might need screws to fix it
