Double glass doors opening onto deck, the bottom of one glass door has rotted, have tiimber and edgings to replace.

We are selling our house in Lilyfield and need help to update some cosmetic things such as the facade which requires carpentry, painting inside, and need a wall built.

I need a solid core secondary door installed inside my granny flat to help block outside noise. The current door is a security screen type, so I’d like to add another solid core door (and frame if needed) for soundproofing. Please see attached photos for reference. Happy to discuss whether you supply the door and materials or if I purchase them beforehand. Timing is flexible but ideally within the next few weeks. Location : Lilyfield NSW 2040

A full maintenance on Merlin garage door we had for over 5 years

Two existing holes from the old hose system are on the top and fit, however the two below don't fit the existing holes, so new ones will need to be drilled and the old ones patched over. Will need power tools.

We won't know what's involved exactly until after we have demolished existing kitchen on the Sunday and the sparky has done the channeling on the Monday, but we are confident the rendering could be done within a half day, so are wanting a quote on that. My old tenants lost the door knob on this old interior door and now there is just the square shaped rod coming out one side. I got a door knob from Bunnings but the hole isn't large enough to fit on the door (photo of door knob that didn't work). I need to have some sort of solution in place by Wednesday this week to open and close the door - I'm ok is the door know doesn't match with the others I have just something to tie things over.

I have 4 x old internal doors which need to be removed and 4 x new internal doors installed in their place. Out of the 4 x new doors, 2 are the exact size of the door frames while the balance 2 x doors need to be cut down to fit. No painting required.

I need a toilet seat removed. It is a bottom fixing and has locking nuts on it that I can't remove. It needs a socket wrench or shifter that can reach in over the very long bolt and remove it. See images attached.

Repair Electrolux EDV6051 Update: added photo I got into the back and the belt wheel has melted and fallen off Motor still works, can rotate the drum manually by the drum doesn’t rotate when on. I assume it just requires a belt repair. Would love it repaired today as we use it A LOT.

We have 3 wooden corner floating shelves and 2 wooden ledge shelves that need to be installed on the walls of our nursery. The shelves have come with limited items to help install them with (see photos). The corner shelves have 2 of these metal rods per shelf (see pictures). The ledge shelves have wall mates but they only sent us enough for one shelf (see pictures). We will therefore need an experienced installer who has brackets and tooling required to install. We think the walls are gyprock and are unsure if any studs/ where they are. Ideally want to install at set heights regardless of where studs are but need someone who understands what’s safe/ possible. Thanks!
