Repair some concrete flaws & a bit of painting. Preparing house for sale. Just some last minute things to be done.

The facia at the front of the 2-storey house has been damaged by cockatoos. The 200 mm 'board' that runs horizontally at the top has been damaged. This 'board' is ornamental and of rectangular cross-section and has a hard brittle shell with polystyrene inside. For appearance reasons, I would like the damaged parts to be repaired and repainted.

Modernise kitchen by painting. Painting, primer and hardware to be provided. Requirements for time to help with sanding, painting, removing cabinet doors and re-installing kitchen cabinet doors. Work can be done onsite with nearby garage for work area.

1. Need hole for door knob cut or drilled out. I have new replacement door knob but the original knob is old type only needed small hole in door, replacement is more modern type that needs a full hole . Need the hole cut/drilled and might as well fit the knob while you are there. 2. I have a security bolt (is two screws/bolts) I want installed on an internal brick plastered (I think) wall. Photo of the instructions attached. I had one fitted elsewhere years ago and drill slightly came through other side of wall so want to avoid that this time if possible (or patch up other side if must which we did last time, was not much).

The tasks we need done are: - shaving down the outdoor wooden fence at the bottom as it is scraping the flooring - fixing our sliding cupboard door ? Sticking back together with glue and ensuring it slides properly - fixing our set of drawers- they have come off the sliders and are crooked - removing old handles on same drawers and replacing with new handles- 8 drawers in total - sticking the drawer face back on drawer - removing current curtains off the rod and replacing with new curtains x 6

We renovated our bathroom 2 years ago and a few holes have opened up. I'd like to have the existing sealant removed and new batch applied to make it neat, tidy and waterproof.

Install new dryer bracket which is supplied onto villaboard wall, remove old brackets, hang dryer, i have the bracket but you will need to supply any fixtures or possibility of a timber panel if needed to go over studs then bracket fixed to that, may not be needed. Happy to pay for timber regardless if used or not

Require licensed and insured electrician to install 2 x ceiling fans in bedrooms. Ceiling fans will be supplied, so only require installation. Rooms have suspended ceilings with access via down lights holes. Fans are DC with remote control.

I am installing 4x UPS battery backups on automated entrance doors in an apartment building. Need Tasker to collect units from either Greenacre or Mt Druitt (TBC) then assist with the installation. Units are "Plug and Play", however experience with UPS installation or electrical work would be a big plus/
