I need to replace our front side gate and install a new side gate at the back. Job 1: Replace Front Gate: see images of existing front gate The front gate that is there now is 910mm x 1620mm. obviously by looking at the images it needs to be replaced - I'm not fussed about the direction it swings as I think it will be easier to replace, mounting the new side gate to the wall. Job 2 - Install a new side gate (see image of gap) My kids play at the back so want to close that area up. Im thinking a simple side gate that is mounted on the wall and swings towards garden will be the easiest way to install. The opening size there is approx. 710mm wide and height of fence is 1500mm. No need to Paint or Stain. Make sure to use treated timber.

I have a steel Oz Canopy, canopy to install on my 2018 Ford Ranger Wildtrack. It is quite heavy and requires a few people to install. It is mostly built, just needs to be lifted on, sealant etc.

Water pools along a narrow side passage between a brick wall and a timber sleeper retaining wall. There’s a short Everhard channel drain mid-run but it isn’t long enough. I want a continuous channel drain extension of about 4 m along the garden/retaining side, matching the existing Everhard EasyDRAIN™ Compact (136 W × 80 H) with pressed galvanised steel grate, tied into the existing drain, which is connected to stormwater. Follow slight downward slope of the path (~2cm over 4 metres). - Lift pavers & trench (~4 m): Excavate in line with existing channel drain. Do not undermine retaining posts. - Supply & install matching channel drains (4m total) - Everhard EasyDRAIN Compact, pressed galvanised steel grate. Maintain slight fall down towards the existing drain - Bed the Everhard EasyDRAIN Compact in 100 mm concrete and haunch both sides to grate level - Connect to existing channel drain (which is already connected to a stormwater pipe on the opposite side from where the new drain is going) - Relay pavers - Materials and labour included

The current install is uneven due to unskilled labour, with misaligned cabinets, poorly fitted kickboards, and other issues.
