Looking for an experienced and reliable handyman in Sydney to complete three straightforward domestic installation and repair tasks. Photos of the current setup are attached. Looking to get this sorted as soon as possible. Scope of Work: Dishwasher Installation: Slide in and install a new dishwasher into the under-bench cavity Connect the inlet water hose, waste/drain hose, and power. I will provide a new dishwasher Replace Toilet Seat: Remove the old, discoloured toilet seat and install a brand-new soft-close toilet seat (already purchased and ready on-site, see photo 3). I will provide a new toilet seat Fix Shower Sliding Door: The sliding glass shower door has come off its top track/roller assembly and is currently jammed/misaligned Need to safely re-align, secure, and adjust the rollers so the door glides smoothly again. Please bring appropriate tools (allen keys/screwdrivers) and potentially some WD-40 or silicone lubricant.

The roller shutter is not rolling up correctly

we have eight doors in total that have diamond mesh on them. What we need to do is take the door off. Remove the diamond mesh and reinstall a new fly screen onto the door.

My sliding door on my bathroom is stuck and needs fixing.

Tighten en-suite sink drain - I don’t believe this requires a plumber, it’s has a small leak but think it just needs tightening.

I have two garden sheds, approximately 2m x 1.3m. They're sitting on the side of the house. Build a frame on wall and fix bunnings lattice panels. Approximately 4 M. See existing panels and wall for further panels.

Fix 16mm furring channels to rendered brick party wall with resilient clips, place 25mm mineral wool insulation, finish with 2 layers of 13mm Soundchek. Size of lift means some butt joints are necessary. Remove skirting and cornice and replace. Wall 5100 x 2.6 no openings. Owner can supply all materials and place adjacent. The wall abutts a retun wall where it wii termnate and built wardrobe at the other where it will terminate against an aluminium stop. The is a complex bedhead about 650 from the wall and it is attached to a bedframe and neither can be removed so limited access for half the length. Floor will be totally covered with plastic and ramboard. Aircon unit removed by others. All material will be within 20 metres level access

I’m looking for someone to supply and install a door for our laundry room. The current door frame height is too low, so the job will require modifying the frame to allow for a taller door. Scope of work: • Remove the top frame section • Remove the first row of bricks above the frame • Increase the height of the door opening • Supply and install a new door and frame
