Looking for an experienced plumber to locate and fix a water leak under my kitchen sink. The house is a 10-year-old double-storey and has never had leak issues before. I noticed clear water on the cabinet panel two days ago, likely from a concealed pipe beneath the base cabinet. The leak isn't visible and access may be limited. If immediate repair isn’t possible due to cabinetry, I would appreciate advice on how to create access for future repair.

I need a careful handyman to remove a bottom cabinet panel so I can access a pipe underneath. May require unscrewing hinges and untying plastic drainage connectors—no plumbing work needed. Happy to pay extra if reassembly is needed afterward.

I need someone to install 4 timber shelves onto brick walls in my laundry. 3 of the shelves are 100cm long and 28.5cm deep to go on one wall.
