Seeking a Metal Fabrication specialist for a property in Killara. What areas of the property need work? Door Handle furniture What would you like the handyperson to work on? We have 3 internal double doors where the builder fitted the wrong latch type which was too wide for the application. As a result, the latch has damaged the wood of the door. Please see the first 2 pictures. I'm now looking to get 3 "custom" latch strikes made-up which would extend out to "wrap-around" the very thin piece of wood so a thin - 20mm wide - strip of metal would also be seen from the outside face of the door. Would you be able to recommend any supplier who could supply 3 custom latch-strikes please? In addition, I also have a broken handle from a different latch that I have not been able to source a replacement for. Again, I believe a metal fabricator may be able to drill and pin the handle to the bushing or weld or glue it. Please see the last 2 pictures.

Screen needs replacement on fly screen

Looking for an experienced plumber to locate and fix a water leak under my kitchen sink. The house is a 10-year-old double-storey and has never had leak issues before. I noticed clear water on the cabinet panel two days ago, likely from a concealed pipe beneath the base cabinet. The leak isn't visible and access may be limited. If immediate repair isn’t possible due to cabinetry, I would appreciate advice on how to create access for future repair.

I need a careful handyman to remove a bottom cabinet panel so I can access a pipe underneath. May require unscrewing hinges and untying plastic drainage connectors—no plumbing work needed. Happy to pay extra if reassembly is needed afterward.
