Small cupboard in hallway has no hanger for clothes including jackets. We have an extendable pole/hanger but is not strong enough to hold. Ends need to be screwed into timber or walls.

Gates and fence pickets There are several missing or loose pickets on front and side fence, as well as upstairs balcony that need to be replaced. The front and side gate are also damaged and need repairing (refer photos attached).
